The Pay & Role
Starting on $30-$36 per hour depending on experience
If preferred, work 4 days Fri to Monday with 3 days off, with a rotation to have Saturday off if preferred

Skills / Experience / What we are looking for :
You enjoy and have experience managing a grunty venue with high sales in a gastro pub environment
You are familiar working with DJs and know how to create an awesome atmosphere, lighting down, music up as things get going and kick on through the night
You enjoy working nights on the busiest shifts and will do whatever you can to keep the party going and ensure sales are maximised
Excellent presentation and strong clear communication
A managers certificate or LCQ is required
You're looking for a long term career in hospitality
You will :
Ensure the environment within the site is always top notch.
Guarantee the customer journey for your outlet is being followed by all team members.
Make sure quality of products, plus waiting times exceed expectation.
Take responsibility for daily / weekly procedures including ordering, receiving and stock take.
Lead your team, provide feedback and set a high example by always operating above the line.
Arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget.
Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions.
Ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance.
Conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service.
Selecting, training and supervising waiting staff.
Make reservations, greet guests and assist in taking orders.
Skills / Experience / What we are looking for
Some management experience in a hospitality venue with a team of bigger than 5
Excellent presentation and strong clear communication
Leadership, energy and enthusiasm, if you've been a leader in a sports team, school, university or volunteer organisation that is great
A managers certificate or LCQ is preferred
