Customer Service Specialist

We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to support our customers across Mobile and Voice services.

This role sits between Sales and Delivery , helping customers from the moment a contract is signed through to service activation.

What you’ll do

• Handle Level 2 customer issues and service faults
• Diagnose problems and coordinate the path to resolution
• Keep customers updated and ensure a smooth service experience
• Support delivery of new products and activations (SIP trunks, mobile, MVNO)
• Work with internal technical and provisioning teams
