We are currently looking for an Planner/Project Manager to join our team in Tauranga. We are looking for an Overhead Planner that specialises in Over head lines. This is a permanent full-time role with guaranteed fortnightly pay in a stable and supportive environment.

What you'll do:

• Develop the work breakdown structure and critical path, ensuring key enablers are scheduled and completed on time

• Identify opportunities during planning to bundle work, reducing outages and minimising customer disruption.

• Coordinate pre-site walkovers and align on safe, efficient construction methods with key team members.

• Review project pricing before approval and monitor progress to ensure delivery meets specifications, budget, and schedule.

• Manage project financials, documentation, and variations in line with contracts and delegated authority, ensuring timely and accurate completion and closeout.

• Participate in post-project reviews, provide feedback for continuous improvement, and support additional business needs as required.

This is a great opportunity if you have:

• Relevant Project Management Qualification.

• Minimum 5 years' experience in power system construction and/or communications systems and Project Management with experience in over head lines.

• Knowledge of relevant acts, regulations and codes of practice

• Communication and interpersonal skills

• Organisational and planning skills
