  • Assessment of home loans, business loans, and commercial loans .
  • Analyze Balance sheets & P&L for suitability and affordability.
  • Work closely with mortgage advisers & branch managers .
  • Ensure compliance with NZ guidelines as stipulated by Financial Market Authority of New Zealand and Lenders.

    • What Were Looking For

  • Experience as Home Loan Assessor, Credit Assessor / Credit Manager with loan approval authority.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills .
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ready to relocate quickly with valid passport (medical & police clearance needed).
  • Prior AU / NZ banking experience is a plus.
  • Must obtain NZ Level-5 certification in financial services .
