OverviewSecondary (Years 7–15) / wharekura, Certificated teacher

ScienceWe seek an enthusiastic and innovative educator to join our supportive and well resourced science department.

Preference is for a physics or chemistry specialist who can teach to NCEA Level 3.

High Level NCEA and Scholarship achievement is expected at our kura.Our college is situated in Invercargill where housing is affordable and Fiordland and Queenstown are on our back doorstep.

We are a co-ed college with consistently high achievement nationally in academia, the arts and sport.

Our learning environment is supportive and well resourced.Applicants must be NZ registered, fully conversant with the NZ Curriculum and have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.The base salary for trained and registered teachers from

ranges from $61,329 to $103,086, depending on qualifications and experience.Individuals' actual base salary will be established by a salary assessment by Education Payroll once a role is confirmed.A visit to our website and Facebook page is recommended.Start date January
