Job descriptionProspect and reach out to fitness professionals (personal trainers, gyms, pilates instructors, etc.) Deliver product demos showcasing AthleTech's value Manage the full sales cycle : outreach ? demo ? close Build and maintain strong client relationships Work within our supportive sales team while managing your own pipeline 20% recurring monthly commission on every sale (subscription-based model) Earnings potential of $10,000+ per month for top performers Access to all outreach and sales tools (Apollo.io, CRM dashboards, etc.) Full training and ongoing support from the AthleTech team Remote work flexibility (anywhere in NZ) The chance to be part of a fast-scaling software company in the fitness tech space Proven sales experience (software / SaaS or B2B sales experience preferred) Confidence running outreach and demos independently Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable with a commission-only structure Passion for fitness, technology, or business growth (a plus but not required) Must be based in New Zealand Commission Only : 20% recurring monthly commission per client Example : A $500 / month client = $100 / month ongoing commission No cap on earnings

Role Overview :
As a Sales Representative at AthleTech, you'll be responsible for the full sales cycle, from outreach to demo, to closing deals.
You'll be selling our subscription-based CRM software directly to fitness professionals, with access to all the tools and support you need to succeed.
This is a commission-only contractor role, offering an industry-leading 20% recurring commission on every sale.
With recurring monthly revenue, top performers can realistically earn $10,000+ per month.
