What You'll Do
As Project Coordinator, you'll play an essential role in supporting high-performance project delivery across the Asset Delivery team.
You'll keep project activities running smoothly, maintain project controls, and help ensure information flows clearly between teams, partners, and stakeholders.
This role can be based out of Auckland or Hamilton.
Some Of The Key Responsibilities Are
Support Project Managers with project plans, schedules, budgets, and progress tracking
Coordinate project activities across internal teams and external partners
Prepare project meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
Maintain project documentation across systems such as Aconex and SharePoint
Support cost management, including purchase orders, receipting, accruals, forecasting, and invoice processing
Assist with project reporting, procurement, risk management, and project administration
What You'll Bring
You'll bring strong organisation skills, a collaborative working style, and the ability to support multiple moving parts while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
Experience in project coordination or administration role
Understanding of recognised project management processes (ideally PMI-based)
Strong numeracy and confidence using Microsoft tools
Experience coordinating across multiple teams or vendors
Ability to manage documentation, tasks, and priorities effectively
Willingness to learn and grow your project coordination capability
