You will be at the heart of customer engagement, brand presence, and operational support—helping us grow our market impact and strengthen relationships across Aotearoa and the Pacific.

This is a new and exciting opportunity with room to grow and shape your path in the business.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Social MediaWrite and schedule content across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.Grow our audience and boost engagement to compete with top industry players.Manage monthly newsletters via Mailchimp.Organise supplier-led product videos and other digital content.Maintain and update the customer database.Reach out to existing and potential clients via calls and emails.Assist in nurturing relationships and managing client touchpoints.Help prepare sales quotes and orders.Operations & LogisticsPick, pack, and dispatch customer orders.Record incoming deliveries and manage stock data.Support regular stock takes and logistics updates.Events & E-CommerceHelp organise seminars and industry events.Assist in launching and maintaining our new ecommerce site—with potential to take ownership.Preferred QualificationsA tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.What You'll BringA passion for technology, media, or healthcare sectors.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Confident with social media platforms and digital tools.Organised, proactive, and ready to roll up your sleeves.Customer-first mindset and a drive to learn.Experience with Mailchimp, ecommerce platforms, or CRM systems is a plus.What We OfferTraining and mentorship from an experienced team.Competitive salary with bonus opportunities.A positive, collaborative workplace that values innovation.Real career development in a future-facing company.Be part of a Maori-owned business making waves in Aotearoa\'s tech space.Proud to have a strong culture of positivity within a supportive work environment.A friendly workplace, empowering our people to succeed.Ready to build the future of broadcast, media, and health tech with us?
