You will champion best practice, mentor others, and ensure our solutions are robust, scalable and aligned with Kiwibank’s purpose.

Qualifications

Proven ability to lead requirements gathering and documentation.

Confident in stakeholder engagement across senior banking roles.

Strong understanding of banking, payments and operational systems.

Experienced in business process improvement and service design.

Proficient in translating business needs into technical specifications.

Experienced in mentoring and developing other Business Analysts.

Strong analytical, facilitation and interpersonal skills.

Confident in managing BA deliverables within complex programmes.
