As a Sales Executive, you'll own the full sales cycle from discovery call to close. BDRs book qualified meetings for you - your job is to convert them into paying clients. This is a closing role and a prospecting role.
- Run 6-10 discovery calls per day with pre-qualified prospects
- Present our service, handle objections, and close deals
- Manage your pipeline in HubSpot with accuracy and discipline
- Send proposals and follow up to close
- Hit monthly targets : 20+ deals closed.
- Work closely with BDRs to ensure lead quality and feedback loop
Requirements
Experience : 3+ years B2B sales experience in a closing role (not just lead gen)Track Record : Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quotaSkills : Confident on video calls, sharp objection handling, consultative selling approachTech : HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM experienceMindset : Self-motivated, competitive, resilient - you thrive on targetsBonus : Staffing, recruitment, SaaS, advertising, marketing, or professional services experience a plusBenefits
