Are you a senior engineer passionate about environmental sustainability and wastewater innovation? We’re seeking a Technical Lead – Wastewater Solutions to drive strategic growth, lead technical excellence, and champion cleaner water outcomes across the North Island.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead technical strategy and innovation in wastewater treatment across the northern region.
Provide expert guidance to consultants, councils, and internal teams on engineered wastewater solutions.
Oversee complex projects from concept to delivery, ensuring technical integrity and environmental impact.
Build and maintain high-level relationships with regulators, specifiers, and industry leaders.
Drive product development, specification, and approval processes.
Represent the company at technical forums, conferences, and industry events.
Collaborate with a national engineering team to shape sustainable infrastructure outcomes.

What You’ll Bring :

5+ years’ experience in environmental or civil engineering, with a focus on wastewater or water infrastructure.

Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, or related).

Proven leadership in technical project delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and water quality standards.

Excellent communication and mentoring skills.

CAD and design software experience is advantageous.
