People like you, who care to make a difference.About the roleWe're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accountant to join our Group Services Finance team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering accurate financial insights that drive business success.A key component of this role will be to partner with our Information & Communication Technology (ICT) team.

You'll work closely with ICT stakeholders bringing financial expertise to support forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis – a critical role in enabling informed decision-making across the team.Key Responsibilities : Prepare and deliver monthly variance analysis and commentary to support performance reviewsManage ICT asset registers and depreciation schedulesPartner with ICT leadership to align financial planning with business strategy, including the delivery of budgeting and forecasting for ICTCommunicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholdersDesign, develop and implement new processes, procedures and reports to ensure processes meet financial standards, and business needsSupport preparation of NZ financial management reporting and external audits, including support for the payment service function and compliance with tax regulations and financial standardsSkills & Experience3–7 years of experience in accounting or finance rolesCA qualified or equivalentStrong technical accounting skillsProficient in SAP, Excel, and Power BIExcellent communication skills and ability to self-manageExperience in financial planning and business partneringA stable, reliable team player with a strong technical focusStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to challenge assumptions and influence strategic decisionsAbout UsFisher & Paykel Healthcare is a world leader in the design, manufacture, and marketing of medical devices, exporting to over 120 countries globally.Our commitment to care unites us.
