Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing :
- Manage approved CAPEX projects during the initial technical rotation
- Provide technical assistance to operating plants including documentation, optimisation, and troubleshooting
- Support projects with drawings, equipment sizing, and design reviews
- Advise the sales team on innovation-related technical matters
- Participate in rotations within the Water Team for customer-facing experience
- Contribute to Process Cleaning (Dairy) and Innovation team initiatives, including product formulation and lab / pilot testing
About You

A degree in Chemical, Materials, Mechanical, or Process EngineeringInternship or work experience related to your degree, preferably site-basedStrong communication skills and a customer-focused mindsetFlexibility and willingness to relocate within New Zealand if requiredA practical approach to problem-solving and eagerness to learn across different business areasMotivation to work independently and take initiativeFull and permanent working rights in New ZealandFull New Zealand driver’s licenceCompensation & Benefits
