Investor Relationships Manager

PMG Property Funds Management Limited (PMG) is one of New Zealand's most established and trusted unlisted property and fund managers.

We're now seeking an Investor Relationships Manager to help grow our investor base and capital across the Central North Island.

The Role

This is a senior, career-enhancing role for an experienced capital markets professional.

You'll lead capital raising across primary and secondary markets, manage key investor relationships, and support marketing and investor engagement initiatives.

You'll also be the first point of contact for investment-related inquiries, playing a pivotal role in driving new capital into the business.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading capital raising efforts and developing investor management strategies for the Central North Island.

Supporting marketing campaigns and investor events to attract new capital, and ensuring consistent, compliant communications.

Support AML and regulatory compliance through considered investor interaction and documentation.

Building strong networks with professional advisers to position PMG as a leading commercial property fund manager.

Identifying new revenue opportunities, replacing maturing investments with active capital, and contributing to wider business growth.

Contributing to process improvements, reporting, and compliance initiatives across the business.

Who You Are

3–5 years' experience in investor relations, capital markets, or financial services, with a proven track record in capital raising and investor engagement.

Strong understanding of AML requirements, compliance, and investor communications.

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills, confident engaging investors and professional partners.

Self-motivated, professional, and able to operate both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Passionate about property, investment, and helping New Zealanders grow their wealth.
