As a Banking Consultant in our Sylvia Park Branch team, you'll play a vital role in supporting everyday banking needs, building trusted relationships, and guiding customers through simple and sometimes life-changing financial decisions.

Whether it's assisting with a quick transaction or introducing someone to our digital tools, you'll make banking feel approachable and easy.

Deliver friendly, hands-on support across everyday banking activities

Listen to what matters most to each customer and tailor your service to suit

Share your knowledge of our banking tools and digital services

Work Hours :

16.5 hours per week, Friday to Monday.
