fixed-term role
as an
Airport Facilitator
, based at Auckland International Airport.
About the Role :
As an Airport Facilitator, you'll assist and manage the international arrivals and departures of :
Guests of Government visits
Pacific Island Leaders
Government MinistersYou'll be based airside in a secure lounge environment, working closely with airport stakeholders to ensure VIP visitors experience a seamless and respectful transition through the airport. This role requires a high degree of independent work.As part of your role, you will also support specific VCO projects as required.
What We're Looking For :
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A high level of discretion, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity
Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage logistics efficiently
Previous experience in aviation, customer service, airport employ, or official / VIP facilitation is an advantage
Strong computer literacy with familiarity with Microsoft Office
Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and environments
Experience with Pacific cultures, values, languages, and ways of working is preferred
Fixed-term contract – 26 June 2026
Rostered 5 days per week (not necessarily Monday–Friday)
24 / 7 operational environment – shift work including nights, weekends, and public holidays
Full training provided
Location : Auckland International Airport (airside office)
