• A Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for supervising operations of Food and Beverage outlets to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while working with the team to ensure departmental targets are met.What will I be doing?

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you are responsible for supervising operations of Food and Beverage outlets to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.

A Food and Beverage Supervisor will also be required to communicate and delegate tasks to the team to ensure departmental targets are achieved.

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards : Supervise Food and Beverage Outlet operationsCommunicate and delegate tasks to the teamEnsure compliance of brand standardsManage guest queries in a timely and efficient mannerRepresent needs of the teamAssist Food and Beverage management with achieving financial targetsAssist Food and Beverage management with training and development of team membersAssist with annual and mid-year appraisals with team members under your responsibilityComply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislationBe environmentally awareAssist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationshipsWhat are we looking for?

A Food and Beverage Supervisor serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.

To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow : Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Team Leader or Supervisor position, preferably within a hotel or resort environment.Experience in different F&B outlets - Banquets, Restaurant, and BarFriendly, positive, energetic commitment to delivering exceptional guest serviceFulltime and flexible availability - able to work weekends and public holidays tooFlexibility to respond to a range of different work situationsExperience in POS ordering systems and cashing upStock takingPrevious working experience in a supervising or leading role.Good communication skills in EnglishIt would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions : In possession of LCQ or manager certificateHave understanding of Food Safety HygieneHilton is the leading global hospitality company, spanning the lodging sector from luxurious full-service hotels and resorts to extended-stay suites and mid-priced hotels.
