As our Lead Application Specialist in Payments, your technical analysis skills will be critical to our technology transformation, contributing directly towards Kiwi making Kiwi better off.

We are looking for a self-starter who proactively engages across multiple teams, communicates complex information clearly, and brings a strong background in banking—ideally with payments experience.

Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into technical requirements for engineers

Work as an analyst with teams that build APIs

Communicate complex details clearly, both verbally and in writing

Explain the why as well as the what

Maintain highly effective relationships with partners and suppliers

Qualifications

Banking experience, ideally with payments domain

Experience maintaining strong partnerships and collaborating with cross-functional teams

Experience translating requirements for engineers

Ability to communicate complex information effectively

Bonus

Experience working with development teams in the payments domain
