Notion Resource Editor

We’ve moved all our volunteer resources online into a Notion platform linked to our website, and we need your help to refine it.

Your tasks will include :

• Upload new resources from our shared folder (may need to change .docx to .pdf)
• Remove any resources that no longer open
• Enhance the Notion’s layout to make it visually appealing and easy to navigate (creating previews)
• Categories have already been added during the upload process, but we want to ensure the structure is logical and resources are easy to find.
• Ability to add to a guideline so future volunteers can do what you do

Requirements

Reasonably computer literate and / or previous experience with Notion advantageous.

Time commitment

There is about 10 hours of work to be done; how you spread that out is up to you. Then if you want to stay on and help maintain it, we can discuss this.
