JOB SCOPE
The Transactions Manager is primarily responsible for managing the acquisition and divestment process. This includes acting as project lead and the conduit between the Investment and Property Team. Stakeholder engagement, critical thinking, and achieving the necessary outcomes are essential to achieve a fully informed acquisition and divestment decisions.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Ideally, you’ll have 5 plus years’ experience in the Commercial Property Industry with strong financial knowledge and understanding including its application to commercial property. With a well-rounded knowledge of property economics, key investment drivers and an understanding of property related legislation and contract law you’ll become the lead for managing the acquisition and divestment processes.
We are seeking a self-driven problem solver with critical thinking skills, excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills to join our team and become a key contributor to our high-performance culture.
We are looking for someone to start late November early December to support the team for a 12-month fixed term parental leave cover.
