Pulse Energy is a community-owned electricity and gas retailer providing energy and broadband plans to properties throughout NZ.
The Opportunity
We currently have a vacancy for an experiencedTerritory Sales Managerto work across the Palmerston North region. We have an excellent opportunity for a Territory Sales Manager to join our talented team on a permanent basis providing transformational and innovative initiatives to drive sales within your territory. We are looking for 30 Territory Manager for the position.
This role is responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities and closing sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, qualifying prospects, and managing sales of products and services.

What we would like to see you bring to the team
Minimum 2 years of management experience in direct sales, with the proven track record is a must. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the energy or telecommunication industry.
Proven sales experiencepreferably in the energy or telecommunication industry
Hungry and motivated to grow, learn and work your way up!
Hungry to earn weekly commissions
Second language is a huge plus - Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese, Bahasa, Hindi, Arabic etc.
Prior B2B, door to door, direct sales or business development experience a benefit.
Understanding of best practice customer management and field sales disciplines.
Ability to operate effectively across cross-functional teams and work collaboratively to deliver results and “win together”.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence and negotiate with a diversity of internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Proven ability to work as an effective member of a diverse team, as well as the ability to exercise independence, sound judgement and initiative by applying critical thinking skills in overcoming obstacles within tight timeframes.

Hourly rate range : $28-$35 / hour, GENUINE $2,000+ per week OTE
