At our Huntly service, we support individuals with a wide range of needs to live as independently as possible in their own flats.

The individuals you'll be supporting range in age from 30 to 60 and enjoy lots of great activities, so we're looking for people to join the team who are interested in trying new things and supporting people to achieve their own personal goals.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to support people with cycling, walking, watching the football or wrestling, going out for a coffee and cake and anything else they enjoy.

The people we support live in their own flats, shared flats or within a shared bungalow and enjoy spending time with people that listen and have a good sense of humour.

Our staff team are very supportive and experienced and also provide some support with : Medication administrationCooking and home maintenanceSocial support and support to achieve personal goalsManaging the finances of the people we support Our team provide support 7 days a week, so we ask for flexibility to work a variety of shifts from Monday-Sunday and this will include some sleepover shifts.

Our shift patterns can vary, but some examples of typical shifts are listed below : - 10am - 10am the next day (includes sleepover) - 3pm - 10am (includes sleepover) - 7 / 8am -

  • pm / 4.30pm / 6pm / 7pm We are currently recruiting for a relief position , We know it takes a special person to work in social care and we recognise that not everyone that would be perfect for the role, will have professional experience.
