Seeking an experienced MIT to step into a Team Leader MIT role, to lead radiographers across central branches, including our new Remuera location.We are looking for an experienced Medical Imaging technologist (MIT) to step into Team Leader MIT role to lead the radiographers in our central branches, including our new branch in Remuera.

Proudly supported by our shareholding radiologists, our nationwide network of 73+ clinics employs more than 1200 staff, including more than 140 specialist radiologists across our three iconic brands, Auckland Radiology, Bay Radiology and Pacific Radiology.About the roleWe are seeking a qualified and experienced Senior MIT Technologist to lead and manage MIT (General and CT) staff across multiple branches, fostering a culture of professionalism and accountability.

Some of the other key responsibilities in this role are : Overseeing operational performance, including rostering, recruitment, induction and resource managementMaintaining high technical standards in radiological procedures and ensuring compliance with quality systemsLeading and supporting audit compliance activities, ensuring documentation, procedures and imaging practices meet internal and external standardsDelivering exceptional patient care and build trusted relationships with refers and stakeholdersPromoting continuous improvement and innovation in imaging practicesEnsuring health and safety standards are upheld, including radiation safety and hazard managementAbout You – Ideal CandidateSuccessful applicant will have : A positive, proactive, and adaptable leadership styleHave excellence communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesA commitment to teamwork, collaboration and continuous developmentA high level of cultural competency and commitment to the principles of the Treaty of WaitangiTo be eligible for this role, you require : A registration with the New Zealand MRTB with a current Annual Practising CertificateExtensive experience in radiography and proven leadership capabilitiesStrong understanding of medical imaging technology and systemsWhy join our team?
