Mitre 10 hasbeen part of Kiwi life since 1974, and with the launch of our first MEGA storein 2004, we’ve continued to grow and evolve. Now, we’re looking for a dynamic,driven individual to take the reins of our Drive Thru Trade Operation and supportour trade growth strategy in Southland.

About the Role :

As our Head of Trade Operations, you’ll be the heartbeat ofour drive-thru trade yard, leading a team of up to 15 people to deliverexceptional service to our trade customers. This is a hands-on leadership rolewhere operational excellence, customer focus, communication and teamdevelopment are key.

You’ll be responsible for :

• Leadingand motivating the drive thru team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Ensuringsmooth and efficient stock management and order picking operations.
• Drivingprocess improvements and maintaining high operational standards.
• Buildingstrong relationships with trade customers and suppliers.
• Creatinga safe, productive, and positive work environment.
