Our ideal candidate will understand the unique needs of primary-age learners and be committed to our school's values of respect, resilience, and relationships.We are seeking someone who : Collaborates and brings innovative ideas to the team.Has excellent oral and written communication skills.Demonstrates an ability to develop, impart, and implement strategies to achieve the aims of the School\'s Strategic Plan and direction.Possesses effective organizational and time management skills.Can build strong and trusting connections with staff, learners, and whanau.Has demonstrated a commitment to implementing Te Tiriti o Waitangi in practical ways while honouring our multicultural community.Possesses excellent curriculum knowledge (including the pathway of the refreshed curriculum) and a sound understanding of effective pedagogies.
