Provide technical support to trade and retail customers using automotive parts / mechanical knowledgeBuild effective customer relationshipsAre superstar sellers and problem solvers, and use up‑to‑date product information and knowledgeAre committed to providing a genuine service, creating lasting impressions and moments that matter for customersEnjoy working in a busy phone customer contact roleAre safety aware and constantly strive to provide the safest work environment for themselves and teammatesThe Successful Applicant Will
Demonstrate prior automotive parts or mechanical experienceBe a passionate customer service expert with some sales experienceBe comfortable sharing knowledge and communicate in both technical and non‑technical termsBe a natural problem solver with sound computer skillsBe a proactive and driven team player, able to work independentlyHave flexible availability and a valid driver’s licence (manual preferred)Note, this role will require lifting, bending & climbing.
