Delivery Capability focus on delivering business and process improvements in line with business priorities. This is a key role, where uncovering customer needs and using a structured approach to analyse, gather and document business requirements will be key success components.In this role you will see yourself :
Working with colleagues to improve internal systems and processes. Pursuing opportunities to make our processes more transparent, consistent and easy to apply.
Identifying continuous improvement opportunities for our existing systems to provide fit for purpose solutions. Delivering work that supports effective and evidence-based decision-making processes aligned with our Kaupapa.
Utilising appropriate technology, and tools to map, monitor and measure the user experience of our products and services
Working collaboratively across the business to include relevant people in projects or initiatives.
Requirements gathering, facilitating workshops, and advocating for the customer

To be successful in this role, you will have :
Experience using a structured approach to gather, analyse and document business requirements, including using tools to assist with the development of documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to both influence and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Experience in mapping and documenting operational processes.
Experience in planning out workflow into tasks and schedules.
The ability to identify trends and patterns to help inform ideas for solutions.
A focus on delivery and a willingness to take accountability and ownership of work, while adapting to changing priorities.The annual full-time salary range for this role is $90,000 to $105,000 depending on skills and experience.
