Strategic Client Leadership

Own and deliver account strategies aligned to national volume, profitability, and brand objectives.Proactively identify new revenue streams across existing accounts and market sectors.Analyse fleet behaviour, market changes, and competitor activity to inform commercial decisions.Shape partnership structures, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations with high‑level stakeholders.Cross‑Functional Influence
Work closely with sales, marketing, product planning, and aftersales teams to deliver seamless, premium client experiences.Lead internal collaboration to ensure consistent communication, aftersales support, and long‑term customer satisfaction.Act as the “voice of the customer,” providing insights to guide product strategy and operational improvements.What You Bring
