We're looking for a Customer Implementation & Support Specialist to join our Queenstown-based team.
This isn't your typical IT support role — we're after someone who's great with people, understands the tourism industry, and enjoys making systems work better for everyone.
This is not a remote position.
You must have the legal right to work in New Zealand.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve customer queries via phone, email, and remote support
Onboard and train new customers on the IBIS system
Configure systems and support integrations (e.g. finance tools)
Build long-term relationships with tourism operators across NZ
Create helpful documentation and contribute to product improvements
Support sales enquiries and upsell where appropriate
Qualifications
Experience in customer-facing roles (tourism or hospitality is a big plus!)
Tech-savvy and confident using Windows / Microsoft systems
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
Bonus : Experience with IBIS or similar systems
