About the role

We are seeking a Senior Bullion Services Specialist to join our Retail Bullion team. This role combines technical product expertise with exceptional customer service and relationship management. You will work closely with high-value clients, providing accurate product information and tailored guidance, managing accounts via CRM, and ensuring secure handling and delivery of physical bullion.

This position is a full-time, permanent role with 40 hours of work per week, from Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering a premium service experience.
• Educate customers on bullion products and services offered by New Zealand Mint
• Provide recommendations and proactive guidance to clients on bullion products, pricing, and storage options.
• Manage leads and accounts through CRM, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate records.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and coordinate secure delivery or vault storage.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity; report insights to management.
• Ensure compliance with Secondhand Dealers & Pawnbrokers Act requirements.
• Work closely with Finance and Operations teams to manage inventory, customer pickups, and vault access procedures.
• Contribute to projects aimed at customer and sales process improvement, system implementation, or initiatives to support growth.
