Our business includes managed first response rental services, managed washroom hygiene services, specialist deep cleaning, hygiene supplies, and consumables. We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused specialised Deep Clean Technician to join our team in Auckland - Kingsland.

Responsibilities

Providing an intensive deep cleaning service to customer's washroom facilities such as toilets, porcelain bowls, hand basins, walls, floors and showers, by following a structured and systematic cleaning process using specialist cleaning products, tools, and equipment. This includes removing scale, grime, and build-up to restore facilities to a hygienic and presentable standard.

Delivering a specialist deep clean service beyond regular cleaning duties. This role requires experienced deep clean technicians with strong attention to detail, knowledge of safe chemical handling practices, and the ability to complete high-quality deep cleans to meet both company and customer standards.

Independent servicing of clients throughout the Auckland region.

Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Maintaining accurate service records and completing necessary paperwork and electronic documents.

To Be Successful

You must be physically fit, customer-focused, and possess excellent communication skills.

You should have a strong attention to detail.

You must be able to work alone, solve problems, and manage your time effectively.

Prior deep cleaning experience is highly favourable.
