DESIGNATION : Marketing Manager, Marketing Solutions
RESPONSIBILITIES
Mediacorp's Marketing Solutions Team is the engine that drives revenue growth by developing innovative, client-centric solutions.
As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building winning pitches and creating impactful go-to-market solutions that leverage Mediacorp's IPs, platforms, and creative capabilities.
We are looking for a dynamic, creative individual with business acumen, who can partner with both internal stakeholders and external clients to deliver measurable value.
Creative Solutioning and Pitch Development
Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Mediacorp to design customised, innovative solutions that address client and sector needs
Leverage Mediacorp's extensive portfolio of IPs or develop fresh, original concepts tailored to client objectives
Package and price solutions strategically, balancing creativity with client budgets
Craft compelling, visually impactful sales decks in PowerPoint and support the Account Servicing Team during pitches and follow-ups
Sectoral Strategy & Growth
Act as the sector champion for industries such as Retail, Automotive, Banking & Finance, and FMCG, staying on top of trends, client roadmaps and market developments
Work closely with Account Servicing Team to identify growth opportunities and build strong account development plans
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media or a related field
Minimum 5 years' experience in developing go-to-market solutions and solution selling (media industry experience preferred)
Strong track record of collaborating across functions, influencing stakeholders
Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal - with the ability to simplify complex ideas into persuasive narratives
Proficiency in PowerPoint (storytelling & design) and Excel (analysis and planning)
Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, able to work both independently and with a team
