Overview

Summer fixed-term positions in Bay of Plenty – Rotorua. Applicants must be available to work Christmas and New Years. Part Time; Application closes 06 Nov 2025; Location : Bay of Plenty - Rotorua. Job title : Guest Service Host.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for guests, welcoming them and providing clear information about products and experiences.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently to ensure a smooth guest experience.
  • Work rostered shifts, primarily on weekends, school holidays, and public holidays.

Qualifications / The Perfect Candidate Will Bring

  • A warm, positive attitude and great communication skills
  • Attention to detail and confidence in handling cash and point-of-sale systems
  • The ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced team
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for solving problems
  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or guest service (a bonus)
