Customer Specialist - Northlands Papanui and Riccarton (8 Hours Per Week)

Role

We have opportunities for Customer Specialist stars to join the friendly teams within our Advice Centres based in Northlands Papanui and Riccarton. We are hiring one position for each branch. As a Customer Specialist, you will be dealing with a broad range of banking queries and requests from customers. ASB offers innovative online offerings and you will help support and educate our customers on the various banking solutions and options available to them. These are part‑time positions, working 8 hours per week on Saturdays.

About you

We are looking for people who can build relationships, learn fast and respond quickly, and are passionate about providing memorable customer experiences. Your ability to educate customers on our digital and self‑service channels will be rewarding and satisfying. Confidence in learning our offerings and asking the right questions will help you tailor personalised solutions for customers.
