Property Consultant

As a Property Consultant, your primary focus will be on assisting with tasks focussing on the acquisition and disposal of properties for a variety of clients, including government departments, agencies, and councils. Some knowledge of the Public Works Act and relevant legislation, you will collaborate with our team of over 40 professionals. Together, we foster a culture of collaboration and empowerment, constantly challenging conventional norms.

Skills And Experience

• A relevant property, legal, or related tertiary qualification.
• Preferably a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a related property or legal discipline.
• Knowledge of relevant NZ standards, legislation, and practices, particularly the Public Works Act 1981 would be beneficial – let us know if you have experience!
• Experience and confidence in dealing with property owners and a variety of property professionals, including surveyors, valuers, lawyers, and accredited agents.
• Client relationship experience and client centric focus
