Sales & Marketing Executive – Fragrance (Maternity Cover)

We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive – Fragrance (Maternity Cover) for a 12-month contract based in Auckland.

The role reports to the Marketing Manager – Fragrance and supports the Fragrance Brand Team with administrative, commercial, and marketing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day business support for fragrance brand portfolios, including reporting, pricing, and customer sell-in tools

Coordinate new product launches, promotional activity, and merchandising updates

Maintain accurate forecasting and sales data to support business planning and S&OP

Manage marketing activities and A&P budgets for selected brands

Partner closely with internal teams and external agencies to deliver marketing campaigns, retail activations, and events

Be the main point of contact for assigned fragrance brands and contribute to business reviews and strategy meetings

What You'll Bring

3–5 years' experience in a similar marketing or sales support role (beauty, FMCG, or retail preferred)

Strong business acumen and commercial awareness

Power BI or similar data analytics experience (desirable)

Advanced Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

SAP or data analysis experience (Circana or similar) is advantageous

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

A genuine passion for fragrance and luxe brands
