About the Opportunity

Savills are currently seeking an enthusiastic, focused, and determined self-starter looking to enhance their real estate career. A full-time opportunity exists to join our Auckland office as a Leasing Executive, across the City Fringe market. This is a fantastic opportunity to establish your position as a high performing Commercial Leasing agent and accelerate your career with a global business.

Key responsibilities will include;

• Actively generating leads from businesses seeking new or additional office space within the South Sydney and suburban markets
• Conducting tenancy inspections and negotiating leases on behalf of building owners
• Generating new business opportunities by developing strong relationships with owners and other key stakeholders
• Activating marketing strategies on behalf of owners in order to attract tenant enquiry
• Developing a strong understanding of market trends and market data
• Maintaining databases and other company reference tools
