PROPERTY ADMIN & ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT – RETAIL SHOPPING CENTRE

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Admin & Accounts Assistant to join a great team within the head office of Castle Towers.

THE ROLE :

Reporting to the Administration Manager some of your key responsibilities will include :

• Working within the admin team to build a strong working relationship with landlords, tenants and customers
• Liaising with sub-contractors for workflow – coordinating repair & maintenance requests
• Raising purchase orders
• Maintaining databases
• Oversee the rental arrears collection process
• Complete the monthly rent roll process (process and issue tenant invoices)
• Raise monthly charges
• Account & petty cash reconciliations
• Liaising with the customer service desk
• Assisting with any other ad-hoc duties as requested

THE CANDIDATE :

To secure this role the ideal candidate will have :

• Experience within a similar role where you have managed admin and finance related tasks – exposure to the property sector (retail or residential) would be ideal.
• Excellent communication skills – you love dealing with various personalities and being the go-to person for any queries.
• Strong admin skills – you’re organised, can work to deadlines and enjoy doing a variety of tasks throughout the day.
• The desire to join a business offering career advancement and a great culture.
