About the Role

Are you a motivated procurement manager ready to drive impactful change and the future of strategic sourcing at Bluecurrent?

Join our supportive and innovative team as a Procurement Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for executing procurement activities, overseeing procurement categories, managing supplier relationships, ensuring compliance to Bluecurrent processes and policies, establishing alignment with company goals, and delivering agreed savings / targets.

Key responsibilities include :

• Partner with stakeholders to shape future demand and establish long-term supplier strategies.
• Ensure best-practice procurement processes are adopted.
• Develop and maintain supplier profiles and key procurement documentation.
• Champion consistent, high-quality contract operations
• Stay ahead of market trends in procurement.
• Lead and collaborate in supplier negotiations, focusing on strategic, high-value partners and contracts.
• Work closely with legal, finance, product, architecture, cyber security, and operations leaders to create robust, compliant agreements.
• Drive and implement innovative contract and supplier management strategies, including relationship scorecards, planning, and spend reviews.
• Resolve supplier performance issues.
• Manage contract renewals, extensions, and variations for medium and high-risk agreements.
• Promote a positive, inclusive working environment that challenges norms and embraces creative solutions.
• Support financial target setting, budget development, and ongoing monitoring.
