Network Operations Coordinator - Fibre (Start ASAP)

Coordinate fibre network operations to ensure timely service fulfilment and fault resolution at Northpower, a leading multi‑utility provider in New Zealand.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing :

• Coordinating day‑to‑day fibre service configuration, activation, and fulfilment.
• Supporting Retail Service Providers (RSPs) with fault management and resolution.
• Monitoring internal alerts and collaborating with technical teams to identify and resolve issues.
• Escalating complex problems to appropriate internal or vendor teams as needed.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and sharing updates across the team.
• Providing performance reports to support service quality and customer experience.
• Assisting during storm or major network events, including after‑hours support and participating in on‑call roster.
• Championing safe work practices and taking initiative to stop unsafe work when necessary.
