Operated as a hands-on family business, WanaExcel values diverse skills and dedication to the teaching profession and works to organise teaching teams to maximise the strengths and passions of individuals.With 30+ years of experience in the ECE sector, WanaExcel offers professional mentorship programmes and ongoing professional development to support our teachers, providing opportunities for growth and career progression on the extended pay parity scale.

The base salary for registered teachers ranges from $29.78 to $46.56 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.

Individual base salary will be established by a salary assessment once a role is confirmed.

Medical insurance is also offered to support the wellbeing of our team.Due to an increase in roll numbers and upcoming maternity leave, we are looking to grow our team to meet the arising need of our specialised age-appropriate programmes.If life in the stunning surrounds of Wanaka and teaching in an innovative environment where quality education is respected and valued by parents, whanau and management sounds appealing, we would love to see what you could bring to further enhance our programme.
