Key Accountabilities
- Collaborate with Product Owner to plan and execute projects, ensuring the team has the technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver products effectively.
- Work with engineers to establish realistic estimates for timelines and help ensure projects meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with Product Owner to understand the project’s functional and non-functional requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product Management to define the Product Vision.Involve in all aspects of the software development lifecycle including requirements capture, design, implementation, testing, delivery and support.Act as a technical advocate for well-designed, maintainable, secure software.Evolve existing software systems, applications and architectures.Release and sprint planning for the team; coordinate and deliver production deployments.Design, architecture and implementation of software solutions; deliver high quality, maintainable software with strong test coverage.Patch and vulnerability management; incident response coordination with operations teams.Mentor developers of all levels and continually improve engineering practices.Analyze and resolve technical and application problems.Key Requirements
Exceptional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.Strong awareness of operational risks associated with changes and ability to articulate these risks to the Product Owner.Passionate interest in software; self-motivated with the ability to provide multiple solutions and communicate time, scope, and cost tradeoffs.Sprint leadership : identify bottlenecks and improve daily development processes.Ability to meet deadlines and give directions to other developers.Exceptional ability to interpret product requirements and deliver aligned solutions; strong verbal and written communication; problem solving.Ability to work effectively in a small team and independently; strong initiative to deliver sprint commitments.Technical proficiency : React / ReactNative; .NET framework; mobile application development and publishing; CSS, HTML, JavaScript; Git; OAuth2 and web authentication / security; RDBMS (PostgreSQL / MySQL) with SQL proficiency; software engineering principles.Experience in multi-tier mobile development and in a commercial software development environment.Relevant qualifications (not necessarily a university degree); experience with AI tools and services.Why you should become a ReadyTecher
