Enterprise Systems Analyst

We're on the lookout for a talented Enterprise Systems Analyst to join our dynamic Operations team at New Image Group.

This full-time, permanent role is based at our Mangere Bridge office and offers the opportunity to work across a diverse range of systems and business functions.You'll be the bridge between complex systems and clear, actionable insights—translating data from Finance, CRM, and Manufacturing platforms into meaningful information for stakeholders across the business.

This role blends Business Analysis, ERP management, and advanced Power BI reporting.Your scope spans multiple countries, primarily supporting our Finance systems, with additional exposure to CRM and Manufacturing.

Your coaching and mentoring abilities will be key to developing talent and driving performance.What you'll be doing – Nga kawenga matuaIn this role, you will analyse current enterprise systems to identify opportunities for optimisation and innovation, while leading system upgrades, integrations, and configurations to improve performance and usability.

This newly created role at New Image International puts you at the centre of BI strategy and ERP oversight, supporting Finance with system integrity and month-end processes across both the ERPs and Sales Engines.

You'll lead dashboard development for sales, manufacturing, stock, and financial insights, collaborate across IT, Finance, Sales, Training, and global teams, and manage vendor relationships to ensure technical alignment.

The role also includes user training, change management, and compliance with audits, access controls, and data governance—ideal for someone ready to make a lasting impact.RequirementsA Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field3–5 years' experience in enterprise systems analysis, implementation, or supportStrong understanding of ERP and financial systems, including configuration and controlExperience with business process mapping and systems integrationExcellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionallyKnowledge of data governance, compliance standards, and IT security best practicesExperience working in Agile or hybrid project environmentsStrong Power BI skills and ability to create impactful dashboards and reporting toolsFamiliarity with the Direct Selling industryNew Image Group is a leading provider of innovative, high-quality products in the Sales industry.
