What you’ll be doing :

This newly created role will be at the heart of bringing our automation and integration roadmap to life. Over the past four years, we’ve built a solid Salesforce foundation across our Claims department - now we’re entering the next phase : transforming how we work through smarter workflows, deeper system integration, and meaningful end‑to‑end automation.

You’ll help design and deliver the next wave of capability that unlocks efficiency, accuracy, and better customer experiences. Think automated decisioning, cleaner data flows, modernised OmniStudio experiences, and new integrations that connect Salesforce with the wider Ando ecosystem. This is hands‑on work with real impact - the kind where you’ll see the improvements happening in front of you and know you made them real.

This role starts late Jan / early Feb as an initial 12‑month fixed‑term contract, with potential to extend as the roadmap grows.

You’ll be based in our Viaduct office, working in a hybrid model of 2–3 onsite days each week (plus 50% off AT public transport).

What you’ll ideally bring :

• 2-3+ years’ experience building customised Salesforce solutions in NZ, ideally including automation‑heavy or integration‑focused projects.
• Experience with Financial Services Cloud & OmniStudio ( a desire to master them quickly).
• A genuine passion for modern engineering, automation, reusable components, and continuous improvement.
• Experience working in integrated environments - or the curiosity and mindset to thrive in them.
• Insurance or financial services exposure is helpful, but not essential.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and work alongside key stakeholders.
