• We have an exciting opportunity for an Information Analyst to join our team in Taranaki on a 12-month, Fixed Term contract. The primary function of the Information Analyst is to turn Payroll and Resource / Workforce data into knowledge to support decision making that will improve health outcomes of our population.

• About the Team / Service / Location
• In this role you will join a dynamic team reporting directly to the Payroll Manager and will also working closely with the People & Capability Team.The payroll service is based at the Taranaki Base Hospital, New Plymouth.For more information on living and working in Taranaki click
• About you
• If you tick the following, then we'd like to hear from you :
• 2+ years in relevant Information or Data Analyst roles is required.
• Previous experience in Payroll and / or Human Resources environments preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate these into fit for purpose solutions.
• Experience with Business Intelligence Tools, preferably MS-Power BI and SSRS.
• Experience with SQL to extract, query data.
• Excellent communication, time management and customer service skills.
