We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Manager, who will be self-motivated and driven to join the team in our Pascoes Bayfair Store!

Pascoes is a family-owned company with a long and proud history in the jewellery sector. Established in 1906, Pascoes the Jewellers has gradually expanded from one store in Auckland to 41 stores nationwide. Together with over a hundred years of jewellery experience and dedicated excellence to customer service, Pascoes continues to be the leading name in jewellery in New Zealand.

Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager, your role will be a crucial part of the store 2s success. Your proven people management skills and leadership experience will be key in providing the Manager with the support they need to deliver customer service excellence, drive sales, coach the team whilst meeting the high operational standards and financial targets. You will have enthusiasm for building morale, loyalty and pride in the store and actively promote the store through in store merchandising and promotion implementation. You will drive a culture that celebrates our success, our customers and our people.

Hours

Hours : 40 hours a week Sunday - Thursday

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you need to possess the following :

• Proven experience in leading and growing a business
• An exceptional seller with extensive sales leadership experience
• Seeking to achieve store sales budgets and KPIs
• Energetic, positive and enthusiastic
• Be professionally presented, well-spoken and engaging
• Have enthusiasm for building morale, loyalty and pride in the store

This position is for 40 hours a week from Sunday to Thursday. Applicants must be available to work weekends, late nights and public holidays as required.
