This full-time role demands someone who is hands-on with their team, has proven supervisory experience in a large warehousing environment, and can make concise, quick decisions at any moment.The Role : Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring consistent and accurate processing and the timely receipt of inbound inventory.Maintain high standards of health and safety on site and facilitate training and development to ensure standards are met and exceeded.Work with an experienced team and support the Operations Manager in implementing new ideas, modifying existing practices, or championing process improvements.About You : You are highly self-motivated and customer-focused, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding operational goals and KPIs.You have 3-4 years of experience in people management, with the ability to engage your team to continually improve through a hands-on approach.You can build collaborative partnerships internally and externally, leveraging this as a key strength from day one.You possess sound knowledge of health and safety practices in a warehousing environment and ideally hold a current forklift license.You are proactive in identifying opportunities for efficiencies and process improvements.You have proven knowledge of inbound and outbound goods in a large environment.Logistics experience, including planning and implementing efficient systems for moving goods from origin to store, would be a significant asset.This full-time, permanent role reports to the Operations Manager and is rostered Tuesday to Saturday.If you are a high-performing operational specialist eager to test your skills, this role is for you!
