What you’ll do

• Provide consultancy services in bridge and civil structures asset management, including maintenance strategies, whole‑of‑life cost analysis, condition assessment, option identification, design, reporting, technical documentation, project management, and construction observation of transport projects.
• Deliver sound technical solutions using appropriate tools and software to support asset management.
• Prepare and review clear reports, asset management strategies, and technical papers.
• Lead and oversee the preparation of physical works contracts, construction monitoring, and effective contract management.
• Undertake or oversee technical reviews and verification of projects and deliverables.
• Mentor and manage team and support their professional development.
• Foster a high‑performance team culture and promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across the business.
• Lead the management of bridge and civil structures projects, including planning, budgeting, and quality assurance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, pursue new opportunities, and support business development.
