Key Responsibilities :
Technical Support & Troubleshooting :
- Provide on-site and remote IT support for employees and clients.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues .
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other peripherals .
System & Network Maintenance :
Assist in the setup and maintenance of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connections .Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.Install and update operating systems, software, and security patches .IT Security & Data Management :
Implement cybersecurity best practices and ensure data protection.Perform regular system backups and data recovery procedures .Enforce company IT policies and compliance regulations .Equipment & Inventory Management :
Manage IT inventory, procurement, and equipment upgrades .Set up and configure new hardware and workstations .Ensure IT assets are maintained and documented.Collaboration & Training :
Assist in IT projects , system upgrades, and software rollouts.Train employees on IT best practices and cybersecurity awareness .Work closely with third-party vendors and service providers .Skills Required
