In this role, you would have the opportunity to : Assist the Branch Manager in managing branch operations.
Provide leadership of the branch customer services platform.
Be responsible for meeting customer needs and enhancing customer experience.
Ensure the service platform is compliant with ANZ's policies and procedures.
Provide full leadership and be responsible for all branch activities in the Branch Manager's absence.
Demonstrate living the ANZ Values with customers and colleagues.
